Job Description

The Senior HR Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions across multiple manufacturing locations. This role partners with executive and plant leadership to design, implement, and govern HR policies and programs that support business objectives, operational excellence, and a compliant, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support growth, compliance, and workforce effectiveness
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws; proactively mitigate risk
  • Drive labor relations strategy (where applicable), including contract interpretation and issue resolution
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform executive decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and managing HR across multiple locations
  • Proven track record of creating, implementing, and governing HR policies
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, manufacturing workforce dynamics, and HR best practices
  • Strong executive presence, leadership, and influence skills
